A good hostess team is the first thing your guests notice. They meet people at the door, find their badge, answer the same question for the hundredth time with a smile and keep the queue moving. DubaiHostessAgency.com supplies that team for exhibitions, conferences, gala dinners and brand activations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Every enquiry is handled by one booking team in Dubai, from the first message to the last shift. More about us.
What you can book
Exhibition and trade show hostesses. Booth staff who welcome visitors, scan leads, hand out material and keep the stand staffed through long show days. See exhibition hostesses.

VIP and gala hostesses. Welcome, seating and guest care for award nights, gala dinners and delegation visits. See VIP hostesses.
Corporate events. Launches, company dinners and client receptions. See corporate event hostesses.
A mixed team. Hostesses, ushers and promoters with one team leader on site. See event staff in Dubai.
How we pick and prepare your team
Each person we send has been interviewed in person or on video and reference checked. Before your event they are briefed on the dates, the venue, the dress code and their tasks. You see photos and short profiles before you confirm, and you can ask for the same people again next time.
Both female and male staff are available. In Dubai we supply English and Arabic speakers, with other languages on request.
For teams of six or more, a team leader runs the briefing, the rota and the breaks on site, so you have one person to speak to.
Shifts and timings
Typical shifts run 8 to 10 hours with a paid break. Half days and multi-day bookings are both fine. Long exhibitions are priced per day, and larger groups get a team leader.
How to choose a hostess agency in Dubai
Ask four things before you book any agency:
- Who will turn up? You should see photos and profiles of the actual staff, not a stock portfolio.
- Who briefs them? Agree what you brief (your product, your programme) and what the agency briefs (presentation, timings, logistics).
- What if someone falls ill? We arrange a replacement. Ask any agency how they handle it.
- What is in the price? Hours, breaks, overtime, transport and uniform pieces should be clear before you sign.
